Lick #8
The Minor Blues Scale.
The "minor blues scale" is the minor pentatonic scale with an added "blue note".
Even though this lick is a scale, you will rarely (if ever) play it up and down as a scale in a musical setting. Instead you will create licks based on the notes of this scale. Practicing the two drills will help.
